The conditions that apply when you order a Mazah Tower or use our website.

These Terms of Service apply to every offer and agreement between [INVULLEN: juridische bedrijfsnaam] ("Mazah", "we", "us") and you ("the customer"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and drops
The Mazah Tower is made to order in limited batches ("drops"). When you order, you reserve a unit in the current drop. Estimated delivery is 4 to 6 weeks after the drop closes. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor variations may occur.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of order to secure your place in the production run, through our secure payment provider.
4. Order confirmation
An agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order or cancel it with a full refund if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order. In addition, we offer a 30-day trial: if the tower is not for you, we arrange a free return and a full refund. See our FAQ for details on how to start a return.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are estimates and not strict deadlines; we will keep you updated at every step.
7. Warranty
The Mazah Tower comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law provides otherwise (for example in cases of intent or gross negligence).
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the mandatory law applicable to your order. Disputes are submitted to the competent court determined by applicable law.
